      since i just looked at the preview i may have missed this particular item....\r\n\r\ni would like to see a requirement for the contractor to provide documentation of any necessary and appropriate licensure or certification and to require information related to background checks as a condition of the contract. also, for construction/repair, an obligation on the part of the contractor to obtain and post as applicable any necessary permits/inspection certificates,or, at a minimum, notify the employer, in writing, the reason why such permits or satifactory inspections results could not be obtained in a timely manner. costs of such permits and inspections may be negotiable between employer and contractor,licensure and certification should be presented prior to acceptance of the contract.\r\n\r\nform: contractor/employee
